This site is currently a brochure site for a small law firm. The graphical design was developed internally to the firm which was then used to create the web site. There are some rollovers used in the navigation accomplished with CSS.

KnowledgeNet is a "knowledgebase" targeted at CIOs of US federal government agencies. The original site was a collection of static pages maintained manually. This project involved converting the site to a database-driven site with automated administrative features allowing content managers to add infomation into the knowledgebase in real-time without requiring someone to manually update the site. The graphic design came from the in-house graphics service.

Indepedent folk singer Erik Balkey's site evolved over time. The challenge was to created a design that evoked an intimate "newsletter" feel suited to the relationship between an folk singer and his fans while at the same time ensuring a professional look.

This indpendent singer-songwriter's site was reworked from an existing site. It was rearchitected and a new layout adopted. Its imagery primarily from one of the artist's albums, which was then converted to the web medium.

Flash-based music player

Bankshot Sports, a manufacturer of sports systems for the disabled and able-bodied alike, needed to showcase new courts installed by operators around the world. This showcase needed to be updated on a regularly with new courts. The growing complication of maintaining the information pointed to a database-driven solution. Users can browse all the courts, see particular installations at a given court, or see closeup images of stations within a court.

This is a short simple animation using Flash which explains how Bankshot Basketball is played and how the scoring works. It combines digital photographs with vector animation and has a musical background and narration.

This was an online survey of international business practices. The survey was conducted in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and separate pages were created for each language. Administrative access was also programmed to view collated results as the survey was in progress. Because of the sensitive nature of the topic, and the need to assure the respondents of anonimity, the survey used secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the transmission of the responses to the survey.

This small association promoting inclusion in sports for the disabled needed a logo that would highight its status as an association with a serious mission while at the same time evoking the fun and dynamism inherent in the association's goals.

The logo exists as two parts, (1) a "crest" which includes the full name of the association along with imagery, and (2) a simple "logo", which includes the association's acronym (NARE) superimposed with an equals sign, that can be used separately.

This logo was designed for as headers for UMUC's MBA courses. The header was to reflect several components of the program: professionalism, dynamism, technology, and diversity.

The header was designed for use on web-based material so the course number (for example, "OMBA 600") could be changed by the staff without having to manipulate the image in PhotoShop or some other graphics editing program.

Online biochemistry learning resource. The site is meant as a resource site for students learning biochemistry. The logo uses a rotated benzene ring as its motif along with a bold text line.

Various icons developed for web applications, including a proprietary content management system (CMS) and a scientific database.
